Our clients often require that the entire infrastructure used to deliver services operate on Polish territory and that we, as its provider, be fully subject to Polish legal regulations.

We fully understand their motivation—whether it is driven by technical reasons or business requirements. To meet these expectations, we have placed our entire infrastructure in Polish data centres. We also have total control over its performance and guarantee that delivering data to end-users of HostedWindows.pl services will not be delayed by packets travelling across half of Europe or around the globe.

We also comply with all statutory requirements applicable to Polish companies, for example those concerning personal-data protection and the Act on Electronic Service Provision. That is why, within HostedWindows.pl, we highlight the tariff plans that are adapted for hosting personal data.

The Polish Cloud comprises the following elements:

• Service servers located in Poland
• Service provided by a Polish company
• The provider and services are subject to the same legal regulations that apply to clients in Poland
• Provider’s knowledge of Polish law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and all related regulations
• Polish-language technical support
• Polish invoice issued in PLN with correctly calculated VAT
