Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions—and their answers—regarding our hosting services.
Is it possible to test the functionality of the account?
Every account can be tested for 7 days. Simply complete the registration process and then notify our service-operations team by emailing pomoc@hostedwindows.pl that you would like to run a trial. The service will be activated for 7 days.
Is it possible to install my own websites on Shared Hosting servers?
It is not possible to install custom services on Shared Hosting servers because such services could jeopardise the proper operation of other users’ applications.
Why isn't my application written in ASP.NET MVC working properly?
The most common issue is the application pool mode set to “Classic”. An ASP.NET MVC application requires the “Integrated Pipeline” mode. To switch the pool mode, sign in to the service management panel at https://panel.dcsweb.pl, select Web Sites, choose the site you want to reconfigure, open the Extensions tab, and in the ASP.NET section pick Integrated Pipeline.
Is it possible to purchase a domain at HostedWindows.pl?
Yes, you can register domains with us. You can also host your domains on our DNS servers.
To point a domain to hostedwindows.pl correctly, configure the following name-server entries at your domain registrar:
ns1.dcsweb.pl
ns2.dcsweb.pl

When and how can payment for the service be made?
You can pay for the purchased service immediately after completing registration or within 14 days. We’ll email you a payment link to the address you provided. If we do not receive your payment within 14 days, the order will be cancelled. You can pay via the tpay instant-payment gateway or by bank transfer.
Is it possible to pay for the service via an international bank transfer?
We accept international wire transfers. In that case you are responsible for covering all bank fees and charges associated with the payment.
What should I do if I have not received an email with information about the activation of my plan and the complete registration details?
If you have completed the registration successfully but have not received our e-mail, first check your Spam / Junk Mail folder. If the message is not there, please contact us by sending a request to pomoc@hostedwindows.pl.
Will I receive a VAT invoice for the purchased service, and if so, when?
The electronic invoice is sent to your e-mail address immediately after the payment is booked.
What should I do if there are any issues with the service?
If you experience an issue with the HostedWindows.pl service, please report it using the provided form. Describe the problem that occurred— the more precisely you do so, the easier and faster we can diagnose and resolve it.
Can I sign a data processing agreement?
You can conclude a personal-data-processing agreement by purchasing the Hosting with Personal-Data Protection plan. Send a request to sign such an agreement to pomoc@hostedwindows.pl and post two signed copies to:
