How to purchase the service?

Commercial service plans for HostedWindows.pl are available to both individual users and businesses. The registration procedure is very simple and requires only contact details and, optionally, a VAT ID (NIP) for companies (legal entities and sole proprietors).

If you are interested in VPS Hosting or Dedicated Hosting services, please contact the HostedWindows.pl team at sales@hostedwindows.pl.

Click ORDER and choose the hosting plan that interests you now!

Registration procedure

1. Select the service in which you want to register.
2. If you chose Shared Hosting, Hosting with Personal-Data Protection or Kentico Hosting, you will be able to select the appropriate service plan in the next step.
3. After completing registration you will receive an email with the URL of the page where you can pay for the purchased service.
4. Immediately after we receive your payment, we activate your new plan. You will receive confirmation of activation and a complete set of registration details in an email from HostedWindows.pl.

NOTE: If, despite a successful registration, you did not receive an email from us, please check whether our message went to the Spam / Junk Mail folder before contacting HostedWindows.pl technical support.

Billing procedure in HostedWindows.pl

1. You can pay for the purchased service immediately after completing registration or within 14 days. The URL of the page where you can pay for the service will be emailed to you after registration. If we do not receive your payment within 14 days, the service order will be cancelled.
2. You can pay for HostedWindows.pl services by credit/debit card or bank transfer. For online payments we work with PayU S.A., operator of the PayU.pl service. That company’s name will appear on your bank statement as the payee. You can also pay directly to the account of dcs.pl Sp. z o.o., the operator of HostedWindows.pl. If you do so, please include the order number in the transfer title.
3. When making an international bank transfer you must cover all fees and charges related to the payment. We accept only full-value bank transfers.
4. Immediately after we receive your payment, we activate your new plan. You will receive confirmation of activation and a complete set of registration details in a subsequent email from HostedWindows.pl.
5. Within 14 days of paying for a HostedWindows.pl service we will issue a VAT invoice to you or your company and send it by regular mail to your correspondence address.
6. If you need a trial period before paying for the service, register and inform us at pomoc@hostedwindows.pl – we will activate the service for 7 days.
