Procedure for concluding a personal-data processing agreement

Paying the subscription for the SharedHosting plan with personal-data protection entitles you to conclude an agreement on personal-data processing.

The optimal workflow for concluding the agreement is to fill in the missing details, print the document, have it signed by the customer’s authorised representative, and then send it by post to:

Within 2 business days the agreement will be countersigned (a scan is sent immediately to the contact address specified in the management panel) and returned by registered mail to the address given in the agreement (please add a note if another address is required).

The signed agreement is the basis for submitting a data-set registration application to the Chief Personal-Data Inspector. Useful for this purpose is “Appendix No. 1: SharedHosting with personal-data protection — declaration that dcs.pl Sp. z o.o. meets the requirements for personal-data processing”, which forms part of the agreement.
