Introduction
The hosting panel lets you create a full backup of a hosting space—resources such as domains, DNS zone content, site definitions and their contents, mail and FTP accounts, databases and the related user accounts.
Backup
To back up a space, in the chosen space select the Backup (Backup) link from the Tools (Tools) section:
Select a backup name, verify the completeness of the item list to be copied, specify the target Folder, and then click Backup (Backup).
During the backup process, the following window appears:
After the backup completes successfully, the following window appears:
If the account contains multiple hosting spaces, you can back up one space to another.
Restoring from backup
To restore data from a previously created backup, go to the created space and choose the Restore (Restore) link.
NOTE:
- It is not possible to restore selected items from a space backup—only the entire contents.
- The restore wizard skips items that already exist in the space
