Reporting a problem

Please include all relevant information—this greatly helps us diagnose the issue. Provide:

  • a description of WHAT is not working
  • a description of HOW it fails (e.g., the full ASP.NET error page)
  • details that allow us to locate events in the logs (e.g., timestamp, client IP, sender/recipient address)
  • the method we can use to confirm the issue is fixed (!!!)
